DENVER, Co. – Ice-O-Matic® Ice, one of North America’s premier ice equipment manufacturers, announced that Denis Griesmer was hired as U.S. director of sales, effective January 4, 2010.
"Denis’ prior sales, sales management, and entrepreneurial experience make him a valuable addition to lead our sales team and a great fit for Ice-O-Matic®," said Keith Kelly, senior vice president of Ice-O-Matic®.
Denis will be responsible for sales management of Ice-O-Matic’s® nine U.S. sales regions and will work closely with our distribution network, including the foremost foodservice equipment buying groups in our industry, commercial food service and food retail equipment dealers, kitchen equipment suppliers, consultants, factory authorized FAST™ service agents and crucial industry resources including Technomic, NAFEM, NRA, NACS, FEDA, Energy Star® and AutoQuotes®.
A sales management expert with twenty-two years of experience, he has held senior sales management positions at Enodis USA (now Manitowoc Foodservice Group), Hobart Corporation and most recently entrepreneur at R&D Food Services, LLC a North American foodservice equipment dealer. Denis has an undergraduate degree in business administration from The University of Akron.
Denis will continue his enthusiasm to support Educational Foundation’s whose mission is the continued growth of our industry by directly supporting educational initiatives which inspire a life-long passion for future chefs, managers, entrepreneur operators and foodservice educators. Denis will be based in the Tampa Bay Area, Fl.
